Chicago is known for a lot and even more amazing things during our summer months.  However, one thing always stands in our minds when we think of both Chicago and summer.  You guessed it, Rooftop bars!  That’s right Chicago is known for its amazing and diverse selection of rooftop bars spanning the city.  From our countless tall skyscrapers and views, to our wonderful scenery, it’s no doubt that we love our rooftops.  What’s even more exciting is every spring we get to find out the newest rooftops to hit Chicago and this year is no different.  So we put together our top 5 most anticipated rooftop bars of 2016!

Located at the 24th floor of the Hyatt Centric, this place offers a 360 degree views of the city’s best buildings.  Loaded with fire pits, greenery and cozy couches.  This place is the perfect spot to hit after a day at the office.  Opening May 10th you can expect this to be a hit!

25 Degrees Wicker Park

Right off Division Street this place has burgers and spiked milkshakes!  They have a brand new sidewalk patio room for 48.  So make sure to check this out this summer! Oh did we mention its dog friendly.

This 4,000 square foot private patio has seats a plenty and communal tables.  There’s an outdoor bar and patio for those amazing summer days.  You can also bring your furry friend here as well!

Jerry's Lincoln Square

Trees fill the side along Giddings Plaza which provid shade to a 60 seat patio.  The third iteration is a whiskey bar with plenty of craft beers to choose from.  This too is also dog friendly!

The people behind Hubbard Inn have created through the former Epic rooftop space an unveiled River North Concept.  Its 3,000 square feet of breathtaking rooftop space with plenty of frozen drinks to boot.  Expect to see this open in May!
